Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PrajwalPatil.in. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please follow our returns process below:
- Contact Us: Notify us of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product. Contact us at @ompatil112001gmail-com with your order number and details of the problem.
- Return Authorization: Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization if applicable.
- Return Packaging: Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation that came with it.
- Return Shipping: Return the product using a shipping method with tracking to ensure its safe arrival. The return shipping cost may be covered by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it for any damage or defects. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note:
- Refund Amount: The refund amount will exclude any shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for products. If you need a different size or item, please follow the returns process, and place a new order on our website.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
