Description: Do you remember the QQ* (Quality Question) that I asked you in Part 1 of this blog? In the path of choosing your career, what was the thing that you loved: the process or the result? Why is it so important to understand this? Because this is where the hidden secret of being super successful gets revealed. This single high-quality question will help you achieve all the extraordinary things that very few have achieved. So, let’s differentiate and understand:

A) Love for the Result
Imagine if we kept the result as the primary focus and the process as secondary. What will happen? We will strive hard to achieve that result even if we dislike the process. We will sacrifice other things just to achieve that one particular result (and itâs a painful journey).
At the end, guess what? The result is not entirely in our hands. If it were, we would choose to get 100% of it, right? The result is actually the sum of overall circumstances like in case of an exam, the number of competitors, your own situation, difficulty of the task, availability of resources, and your hard work (which is often painful). You only have a probability of success. Only if you follow a strict routine, stay away from all the comfort, and work really hard, then you have some chances of success. But your happiness depends on the result, not on the process hence you are awaiting for the happiness to come in. If you achieve the result (which has a low probability), you will be happy. But if you donât, you will be unhappy and in pain again.
B) Love for the Process
What if we figure out something that really fascinates us, that we love doing? What if we start loving the process and then the result? In the case of competitive exams, what if you deeply love the subject you study? Now, even after staying away from other things, itâs not a painful journey at all. You are happy in the present moment, not waiting for the long-term result to be happy. You enjoy the subject, solve more questions, delve deeper into the material, and learn new things.
Is it painful? Not at all. You are happy doing it. Now, isn’t there a higher chance of you being selected than the other competitors? Your probability of achieving the top position is very high. But letâs consider failure as well. What if you fail? Will you be unhappy? No, definitely not. When you figure out why you failed, you will learn something new that you didnât know before, and that’s something that fascinates you. In the case of an exam, if you review the wrong answers, you will learn something new (the process), and this is something that you love. So, even after failure, happiness is the outcome.

Is it like you didnât love the result? No, itâs that love for the process stands primary, and the result is secondary.
BUT here’s a twist: Now that your mind has a broader perspective, you’ve begun pondering and asking Quality questions. Yet, you may not truly know: What is it that you love? What fascinates you more than anything in this world? This is what we call Passion – A true blessing from God.
Avoid the mistake of arbitrarily choosing something and claiming to love it. Love cannot be forced. Unlike mere preferences, which we can consciously select, love is beyond our control.
So, how do you uncover your passion?
1) Be open: Don’t assume you lack a passion. God has bestowed everyone with a unique passion, but it only emerges when you believe in its existence and are willing to explore.
2) Embrace exploration: Engage with everything that crosses your path. Each encounter holds the potential to reveal your deepest passions.
3) Seek experience: When you first experience profound, soul-stirring love for something, you’ve discovered your passion.
Congratulations! You’re now prepared for the impactful journey ahead, leading us to our final destination: “World changers”

Wow, such a refreshing perspective on success! Thanks for sharing your wisdom
Welcome !
Yes đ€ Prajwal I agree with you and I will give you example of a kid who is trying to learn playing badminton đž. So this kid always has a sad face and starts yelling on himself whenever he encounters a failure such as missing to hit đŻ the shuttle. So for this kid the end result is what matters the most and he will be very very happy when he will be able to hit the shuttle with his racket properly. But the problem is that most of the time he is not able to hit and will feel sad throughout the game. And I don’t like this because this kid is my son. So how I can explain to my son that it is not the end result that matters and it is the love of the process that actually matters the most? Kindly share your two cents.
Thank you for sharing your story. One approach is to help him focus on the joy of improvement and learning rather than the end result. Celebrate his effort and small progress. You could also share stories of successful athletes who faced similar struggles and emphasize that the journey and love for the game are what truly matter. Additionally, give him a reward for each effort he makesâthis way, heâll love making efforts and eventually get better at it. Encourage him to enjoy playing, and remind him that every missed shot is a step towards improvement. Keep nurturing his love for the process! đđž
Outstanding đ. What I say him every day is to keep smiling đ and laughing upon each failed shot. And when he does this he starts hitting correctly.
Good to see that !!
This blog is a treasure trove of inspiration! Thank you for paving the way to success.
Welcome
